Complete each activity and return it to
info@maacooperatives.org. Upon completion of Activities I and II, Activity III will be emailed. Activity
III is a Cooperative knowledge evaluation exercise that is completed and also returned. Selection will be based upon
quality of completion of Activities and is at the discretion of the Summer Institute Selection Committee. All
activities must be completed by May 1, 2010.

Interview a cooperative employee or director. Select any two of the three remaining types of businesses (proprietorship, partnership, or corporation) and ask
the same questions of them.

Activity Report for Alternative Qualification
Complete the Activity Report below and return with your completed
Alternative Activities. There are two types of Activitiy Reports. One is a word document that can be downloaded, completed,
saved on home computer and emailed. The other document can be completed online and sent to info@maacooperatives.org.
